  • Brand and Identity Facilitation

    We work to facilitate branding by working with our clients, architects, and designers to develop signs, places, and spaces that closely support identity goals. Through the latest large format print capability, prototype and brand management we can exactly match guideline standards for one project or hundreds.

  • Wayfinding and ADA Management

    MS Signs has developed dozens of wayfinding programs for cities, institutions and themed environments. Our meticulous documentation and in-house ADA and vinyl prooduction results in projects with few errors and allowances for replacement, maintenance and expansion.

  • Manufacturing

    Our solutions are both value based and customized to your unique needs. We have the ability to handle most custom manufacturing tasks in-house including metal fabrication, printing, painting, powder coating, lighting, and our unique DECS process.

  • Value Engineering and Budget Management

    Only a small number of firms are successful at value based custom architectural fabrication. We have been a leader in this difficult area by balancing high quality and value through prototyping, cost analysis, and extensive research. We also are adept at experimenting in testing alternatives on the client’s behalf.

    Every one of our projects comes with a highly detailed documentation set that ensure design intent is met, and can serve as guidelines for ongoing project rollouts and expansion.

  • Project Management

    Our expertise in project management is renowned. Most of our team has at least ten years experience in the sign and custom fabrication industry. Our project managers are capable of developing projects from initial review to final implementation and are capable of managing complex placemaking projects that bring together architecture, interiors, lighting, signs, fixtures, and graphics.

  • Field Coordination and Installation

    We have an outstanding capacity both to handle and coordinate installation tasks and coordinate with all the various building trades. We have extensive equipment to install interior & exterior signs and each project has a site supervisor. We have years of experience working in multiple states and are well versed with unique shipping and regulatory requirements on a national and international level.

  • Quotes and Consultation

    An underappreciated part of design facilitiation that MS Signs takes very seriously. We provide consultation to designers before work is bid on everything from pricing to technical documentation.
